Diesels over the S &D! Believe it or not this fascinating railway played host to regular diesel hauled demolition trains into the late 1960s. In this programme we rake a ride aboard one of these workings, firstly from Bath to radstock and then from Radstock to Templecombe and return. On the way we explore the railway a short time after the last passenger services, and watch some long lost diesel classes hard at work at various locations along the route.
